BUYING & MANAGING TICKETS

  • Children 2 and under get in for free. 

  • Purchasing SINGLE GAME TICKETS

    • Go to one of our ticket booths by the front gate and purchase tickets when you get here (Gates and windows open 1 hour prior to first pitch)

    • Stop by the Front office at the stadium on game days from 10-4

  • Diethrick Park has all kinds of delicious food options throughout the stadium – there will surely be something for everyone to enjoy!  

  • As a reminder, outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Diethrick Park .

ACCESSIBLE SEATING 

  • Accessible Seating is available throughout Diethrick Park in the front of each section

  • Please ask a staff member if you need assistance locating these seats.

  • Ramps are located on the far end of each bleacher section and the first base side of the Grandstand

  • Accessible seats are spaces specifically designed for wheelchairs and include features such as an accessible approach, location at grade, clear floor space, and larger dimensions.
    People with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This group includes people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions.
    Individuals who have a disability that requires use of the accessible features that are provided in accessible seating are also permitted to purchase accessible seats, including people who cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle.
    Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not entitled to purchase accessible seats.

ALCOHOL 

  • Beer is available at all concession stands

  • Each customer must present valid picture identification at the time of purchase. 

  • All beer sales will conclude with the first pitch of the middle of the 7th inning on a regular basis, however, Tarp Skunks management reserves the right to discontinue beer sales without notice and/or refuse the sale of beer to any individual. 

  • A Tarp Skunks staff member will gladly arrange for transportation for anyone that has had too much to drink. 

ATM 

  • At this time, an ATM is not available at Diethrick Park.  

BIKE RACKS  

  • Diethrick Park has a bike rack on-site by the main entrance and bike locks available. 

  • There is also plenty of fencing to secure a bike. 

BIRTHDAY & OTHER SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REQUESTS 

  • Celebrating a birthday or anniversary with us? Let us enhance your special day with a birthday announcement during a Tarp Skunks baseball game. 

  • Requests are due 72 hours in advance of the game and are subject to availability.

  • Please submit your name, address, email, phone, date of the game and what you are celebrating to christian@tarpskunks.net

BOX OFFICE

  • Our stadium Box Office is open on game days beginning 1 hour prior to first pitch.  Please contact us for fastest service outside of these dates & hours.

BROADCAST 

  • All home broadcasts can be streamed live at:  (Insert YT Live Stream)

CAMERAS / VIDEO EQUIPMENT 

  • Cameras are welcome at Diethrick Park to capture all the exciting memories taking place at Tarp Skunks games this summer. 

  • Please be mindful of your fellow fans and the action on the field while taking pictures. 

CARRY-IN POLICY 

  • Carry-in beverages, food, or coolers are not permitted in Diethrick Park 

CONDUCT 

The Jamestown Tarp Skunks are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature

  • Offensive language or obscene gestures

  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)

  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel

  • Harassment of home or opposing team and fans, including on social media

Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules, or who are otherwise unruly or inconsiderate (including fighting) are not welcome at Jamestown Tarp Skunks games. Such conduct will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the stadium and/or revocation of ticket privileges.

Each guest should be in possession of their ticket and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify seat location. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats.

CREDIT CARDS 

  • The ticket windows, team store, and all our concession stands located around the stadium are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  • As a Chautauqua County community-based sports organization, the Jamestown Tarp Skunks understand the importance of community support. 

  • We are proud to stand alongside you and strive to be actively involved to support the communities supporting us. 

  • As such, we are dedicated to giving back to the communities where our fans, host families, sponsors and friends live, work and serve. 

  • We support the efforts of groups that work with the disadvantaged, youth development, youth sports programs, non-profit organizations and more.

FAN EXPERIENCES

  • COLOR GUARD:  Take center field as the Color Guard and present the colors during the National Anthem!

  • NATIONAL ANTHEM:  Your band or choir can perform the National Anthem at a Tarp Skunks home game! 

  • PRIME TIME PERFORMANCE:  Calling all dance, cheer and other creative acts!!  Come entertain our fans on the field during pregame!

FIRST AID 

  • If at any time you find yourself or a member of your party in need of First Aid assistance, please let any Diethrick staff member know so they can get in touch with the on-duty team trainer. 

  • Diethrick Park has an AED that is located inside the Grounds Crew office behind the 3rd base bleachers

FOUL BALLS AND FLYING BATS 

  • Keep your eye on the ball – that applies to both the players on the field as well as you the fan at Diethrick Park. Getting a foul ball at a baseball game is very exciting, however, foul balls often are traveling at high rates of speed as they leave the playing field. 

  • Although a rarer occurrence, please be aware that bats can slip out of a player’s hands and fly towards the seating area as well. We ask that you please return the bat to the player or to a Tarp Skunks Stadium staff member.

  • Gates at Diethrick Park open one hour prior to game time, unless noted differently on the website.

  • If traveling to Jamestown to see a Tarp Skunks game, please consider using our partner hotel: Double Tree by Hilton

LOST & FOUND 

  • Items can be turned in to, or retrieved from the 50-50 station during games or the front office after games.

PARKING 

Free parking is available while attending Jamestown Tarp Skunks games. 

Fans are encouraged to park in the grass lot adjacent to the stadium, on the street, or parking lot across from the stadium

RAIN OUTS 

  • In the event five innings of one game are not completed, your ticket may be good for any remaining regular season home game (in the current season), based on availability. Your ticket must be exchanged for a ticket as you leave the stadium

  • When the game is officially delayed, play will continue as soon as weather permits

  • If the Tarp Skunks cancel a game due to weather prior to gates opening, it will be posted immediately to the website and/or our social media channels. Games are rescheduled as Double headers in the event of a rain out and will be played at the next time that opponent comes to Jamestown

    • In the event of a team having no games left to play in Jamestown the game will be canceled

RESTROOMS 

  • Restrooms are located throughout the stadium behind the 1st and 3rd base bleachers and are handicapped accessible.

SECURITY 

  • All fans and their bags are subject to search upon entering Diethrick Park. For the safety of all guests, the following items are prohibited:
    • Any outside food and beverage
    • Weapons of any kind, including firearms (weapons carried with a permit are also prohibited)
    • Knives of any size
    • Canes, chains or sticks of any length (non-medical use canes)
    • Fireworks or any explosives
    • Illegal drugs
    • Laser pointers
    • Pets (except service animals)

  • Grandstand - $9

  • Reserved - $14

  • Senior (65+) Child (12 and under), and Military are all $1 off each price

SMOKING 

  • Diethrick Park prohibits smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers and other similar devices except in designated smoking areas.

TAILGATING 

  • Tailgating before a game is permitted however we encourage fans to utilize. Diethrick Park as we offer several ticket options for you to enjoy food and drink such as the Skunks Bucks or our surfeit buffet picnic club

UMBRELLAS

Small, compact umbrellas are permitted only if when opened, they do not obstruct the view of other guests. 

Golf size umbrellas are not permitted into the ballpark.
